Shipping. Orders ship from Texas via tracked USPS/UPS service. Pre-engraved rocks ship quickly; personalized and memorial rocks are made to order, so allow a few extra days before they ship. You'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves the shop.
Personalized items. Because memorials, couples rocks, and letter rocks are engraved just for you, please double-check names, dates, and spelling in your order notes — we engrave exactly what you send.
Returns. Something arrived damaged or not as described? Contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Personalized items can't be resold, so they're final sale unless we made an error — and if we did, we'll fix it.
