How do I personalize my order? Add the personalized product to your cart and type the name, dates, or initials in the order notes at checkout. We engrave exactly what you send, so double-check spelling.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo? The design will match — the stone won’t. Every stone is naturally unique in shape and size. Photos are design previews.
Can memorial and garden stones stay outside? Yes — they’re sealed with a clear coat for outdoor use.
How are pieces engraved? With a 10W diode laser, in bold linework built to read clearly on stone. Fine detail doesn’t survive rock texture, so every design is drawn thick and simple.
Do you do custom designs beyond what’s listed? Message us — if it can be drawn bold, it can probably be engraved.
